Our Ensembles
Folk dance and song ensemble
The Folk Dance and Song Ensemble is one of the leading and most numerous ensembles in the Cultural and Artistic Society "Gradimir". It performs most often with the Folk Orchestra, and consists of a children's ensemble, a preparatory III ensemble, II ensemble and the performing I Folk Dance Ensemble. The artistic director of the Ensemble is Milorad Vuletić.
KUD Gradimir's Folk Orchestra
Since its foundation, the Folk Orchestra has been nurturing the original folk melody through independent and joint performances, primarily with the Folk Dance Ensemble and the Singers' Group, but also as a musical tonal superstructure for dance ensembles. The artistic director of the Folk Orchestra is a soloist and distinguished artist of RTV Belgrade – Slavko Mitrović Ćale.
Women's singing group KUD Gradimir
The Cultural and Artistic Society "Gradimir" has been recognized for its exceptionally good singing for many years, and accordingly, a Mixed Group of Singers was founded, which, together with the vocal soloists, has existed as an inalienable part of the Society since the early 1960s. The Artistic Director of the Group of Singers is Slavko Mitrović Ćale.
Children's and preparatory performing ensembles
The Children's section is one of the largest sections of the Society and has over a hundred members divided into three age groups. The youngest group works on the simplest elements of the game and mastering space through play. The middle and older groups, in addition to the elements performed by the youngest group, also work on elements from existing choreographies.
Veterans' Ensemble of the KUD Gradimir
The veteran ensemble originated in "Gradimir" in the 1960s. It is composed of former members, and for many years has been actively working and performing as one of the standard sections of the society. Although in advanced years, the veterans perform their own program and, most importantly, have retained the recognizable, performing style of "Gradimir".
